Super friendly. Always goes a great job with tailoring my pants and our dry cleaning!
Not only did this woman ruin my clothes, she basically just ironed them and handed it back to me while burning them in the process because she obviously doesn't know how to set the iron press. They are located in the Main Street Plaza shopping center in Archdale, NC (across from O'reillys Auto Parts) next to the nail salon, the same shopping center with the tattoo place. As I said before, this woman not only ironed the exact same shirts without washing/dry cleaning, but left burn marks on my Armani Suit as well as my Murano dress shirt then hands it back to me expecting compensation. When I told her I would like a refund since she ruined $900 worth of my clothes, the Asian lady starts talking in her own language (probably cursing me out) and tells me that she supposedly has 12 years experience, and here is the kicker she tells me never to come back. I will never go back to this place, she didn't do anything to deserve my money let alone ruined a very expensive suit. I value my clothes because I spend lots of money on them, I took them here because they are close to my house, and I learned my lesson, please don't make the same mistake as I did. Do not take your clothes here, if you value them as I do take them to a cleaner world or get recommendations from someone else.
