Ornamental Mouldings

I started working for the company about a month ago. After two weeks my supervisor came to me and exspressed how much he appreciated how good of a job I was doing. He went on to say he was going to see about getting me a raise. So within three weeks of employment I had received a 50 cent raise that’s unheard of but it was great. The next week I started building beams where they had a lead man over us. The first day of building the beams I had issues building them so I got with the lead man Robert. He said that the wood wasn’t cut right because of this the beams wouldn’t fit together properly. So after a short while later that day I got with the supervisor Ronnie. I explained the issue I was having he said let’s go take a look. Ronnie immediately noticed that the jig that I had wasn’t right, it wasn’t square because of this it makes the builders job harder also the beams wouldn’t be right. Ronnie got with Robert told him this wasn’t right and that he needed to fix it. Robert was upset with his decision also at me. Later that day Robert went on to make a comment “he doesn’t realize who he’s dealing with. Two days later I’m fired after I’ve gone home is when I’m notified that I was no longer needed there. The reason given was that I made a comment stating Im going to shoot up the business. Here’s the thing I never said no such thing. If I stated something like that why did the individual wait until I left for the day to say something. The plant manager or no one asked if I had anything I wanted to say about the issue. Instead they took there word and terminated me. Now look I never missed a day of work I even just got a raise. I had absolutely no issues what so ever with no one. Except for the time that I went over Roberts head to the plant manager. Keep in mind nd what Robert said HE DOESNT REALIZE WHO HES MESSING WITH. I’m going to talk with Ronnie the supervisor in the morning regarding this issue. I’ll let everyone know the outcome.
