Closed because of Covid but carry some of the best engineered hardware in the world. They have expanded here in America from the last time I visited.

Had a piston fail on their remarkable wall bed. Engineer was very helpful in finding the part and sending it to me free of charge. Excellent customer service!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Ordered part for a new kitchen - the box arrived and looked like it had been opened. Apparently it had and was the wrong part. After telling us that they didn't make mistakes (laughable) we sent the wrong part back and they acknowledged the error. Instead of making it right by sending the right part, they neglected to do so (even though they had our money). When we followed up on the part, they tried to charge us over $70 to overnight it due to their error. After much arguing, they agreed to waive the fee. But wait, there's more.. They never actually sent the part overnight - so currently, we still have paid over $450 to Hafele but have no part to show for it. Learn from our mistake.. Order from somewhere better

Great place to work. People is very friendly. The office space is totally Living offices. The products offer in that company are great quality. So proud to be part of them!

Offer many many more options in the kitchen solutions->waste management section in the foreign markets like UK, Germany, and Australia. Very let down they are unwilling to sell many of these great products here in the U.S.A. or at least help to facilitate an overseas transaction/sale.
