Used to be a good car wash with employees that seemed to care that you left with a clean vehicle. Went there today and vehicle came out of the was just about as dirty as it went in. Tires weren’t washed at all and had NO tire shine that I paid for on them. Had to wait for vacuums because an entire section was closed. Finally got to a vacuum and one side didn’t work. Had to vacuum entire vehicle from one side. Took rubber floor mats to entrance to be pressure washed and cleaned. Attendant said pressure washer wasn’t working. I have tried to like this car wash since it took over the original owners but it just keeps on going downhill and the prices keep staying the same. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future. This place won’t be around much longer unless they change their ways.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would! Absolute ripoff for the money! Long line out the exit of the actual wash due to half of the parking spaces being closed off. As for the wash itself, the front roller never came down to wash the front of the vehicle (hood and windshield). This used to be a good value for the money but since it was sold to Zips it’s horrible! Spend your hard earned money anywhere else but here!

Parking lot is disgusting, tire shine doesn't work most of the time. I have emailed concerns with no response. For $34 month, a little customer service at the least would be nice. Save your money and find a different wash.nnI will add when this was The Car Wash Company it was great. Not sure who they let go when they changed but there is zero management/leadership.

Absolutely loved this car wash when it first opened! I took my car in about once a week. This time was not the same and half of the vacuums weren't working at all...under new management? At any rate, that new car smell has worn off!

I’ve been a monthly member before it became Zips.I have the shine package, but yet my wheels never look clean and the tire shine is down, no idea when it’ll be fixed, so I’m paying monthly for a service that doesn’t work.nnOn the website it states I can use membership at any location. Went to Greensboro but they didn’t have a way to read my sticker on my car, I tried to get help, but nobody came. Had to end up paying.
