This is by far the best Bojangles in Pitt County. I don't live in the area but I always drive here to get food. It is always fresh and the staff are always upbeat with a smile. I don't know what kind of award or recognition the restaurant chain receives but this location is the absolute best! Hands down. If you're passing through stop and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

This location is amazing!! My order is always right. The customer service is excellent. My food is hot! Everytime I go to this location I'm reminded of why I love Bojangles. I have only experienced the breakfast staff (between 6am and 6:30am) and dinner staff (5:30-8pm). Maybe one day I will get to try the lunch staff. My favorite location by far.

As a customer all I ask for is good food, good service, good prices, and HONESTY. I am frequently near the Farmville Bojangles location during the 9pm - 10pm timeframe, and that would be a good time for me to stop and grab a bite.nnThe restaurant hours have been adjusted to close at 10pm. BUT THAT'S NOT REALLY TRUE, because they always run out of food way earlier than that. If you show up at 9:45pm, there will be no food to serve you. If you show up at 9:30pm, there might possibly, maybe, if you're super lucky, be at least a little something cold and greasy left laying around to serve.nnTELL ME.... WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING A CLOSING TIME OF 10PM IF YOU DON'T SERVE GOOD FOOD UP TO 10PM?nIf you are intentionally running out of food at 9:45pm, then close the restaurant at 9:45pm.nIf you are intentionally running out of food at 9:30pm then close at 9:30pm.nnAdvertising a 10pm closing time, but not serving hot food up until 10pm is deceptive advertising, plain and simple.nAdvertise the truth.

I visited this location a few days ago, as well as today. I order the 3 piece supreme combo for 5.35. The last time I visited, I was charged for the sauce that came with my meal, and was unaware, which took my meal over 6 bucks. I've never been asked what sauce I want with my meal, then charged for it. I went there today around about 9:30 ish this afternoon, and my tenders felt as if a ligament was in my tenders. When I bit into it, I felt it pop. I'm not able to just go back, because I relied on someone's else transportation. I was not able to enjoy my food because of this. Also my drink was given to me without my top being secured, and I wasn't notified of that either, and soda spilled in my sister's car. I told the lady the top wasn't on and it spilled, she just gave me napkins and rushed me to move from the window up to the door. I'm an employee of fast food myself, and the condition and quality of this bojangles was very dissatisfying. I grew up in this town, and never had a bad experience up until a few days ago. I would hate to have to call corporate for something that can be easily resolved with a simple refund, but necessary means will be taken.
