This place has helped me out multiple times and I am extremely grateful for the services they have provided to me- and the date of this post is no exception. I am sorry others have had bad experiences, but they have earned and surpassed the 5 stars I am giving them.nThank you guys again!
With one exception, the other reviews here seem to be quite old. Not sure when the ownership changed, but I used to be perfectly satisfied, and I’m not, now. Prices were raised and customer service is pretty lacking. I don’t know if part of the problem is a language barrier, but the people I dealt with seemed indifferent, to me and my business, at best. If you want service with a smile, this is not the place.
Out of six pairs of pants, two came back with stains (which should not have been a challenge to remove). One with double crease, new, quality dress pants ruined. The name of the business: cheap.
Terrible owner. Cheap and doesn't not know what Customer service is at all. I should have read the reviews of this company. I do not recommend you take your clothes here. When a business tells you something and they don't do it and want you to go drive across town, pay more for their mistakes is unreal for any human to understand. If you run into the smallest issue, you will know what I am talking about and will wish you wouldn't have gone here. GO somewhere else!!
New owner is so experienced person and the lady in front desk is kind, they do good with my clothes.nI am satisfied with my challenge and the prices.
