Food was great and the service was wonderful very pleasant. Fresh and perfectly made.nThe only problem is we tried to order online ahead on the app. but it wasn't working it kept saying no menu pull-up.
This subway has the worst customer service of any subway I have been to. I ordered my meal online and when I got there and got my sub they asked if I really wanted the cookies I ordered and I said yes and ended up having to wait for them to bake them all because the employees working didn't want to do their jobs and just cook the food I ordered and then they had the nerve to tell me they couldn't help that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to bake like it wasn't their fault that they didn't start baking them when they got the order. There are 3 other subways in Kinston one of which is just over in Walmart please save yourselves from having to deal with incompetent and lazy employees and go to one of the other better ones. I love subway and eat it several times a week but I will never order from this one again it'd be a zero star rating if I could rate it that low.
I have recently started eating here often because of a new job. I have enjoyed EVERY single visit. During this pandemic, there are only two girls working every single day. My food is always correct and delicious. They are friendly and fast. I feel for them and just wanted to leave a comment showing my appreciation of their hard work and delicious subs!
Nice lady, nice spot.nCaution the nest on the sign though.
