While the food is good.. And the service pretty good.. Even though all restaurants all around are open for you to go in and eat at.. You can't here.. The ones right beside it.. I can go in and sit down and eat.. Across the street I can go sit down and eat.. Not here.. Makes you wonder why

I would give a half star if possible. I ordered 6 crunchy tacos, 3 beef and 3 chicken, all without cheese. When I got to the window and my total was $13! Upon looking at my receipt, I noticed that 3 tacos cost $4.18. so my total should have only been $8.36. When I questioned the person at the window, she went to go get someone, presumably the manager on duty at the time. When I pointed out to him that my total should have only been around $8, he looked at my receipt and stated that that was just how the computer added it up with tax. So, what he was telling me was that I was paying almost $5 in tax for my food. When I pulled away from the drive through window, I called the corporate office to complain. They stated they were going to send me a refund of the $4 and change that I was overcharged, however I have not seen that yet. This was the Taco Bell in Benson right off of highway 95. Do not, I repeat do not, go there as they will rip you off.

I don’t review fast food place unless the service was off the charts bad. This place was one of them. The employees put a sign up on the window stating they were closed because there were no employees. They shut down over 2.5hrs early.nnThe worst part is there was a line of cars in the drive through waiting to place an order and NOT one single soul came out to tell us that they had closed early for the night. I’m assuming a group of teens decided they didn’t want to work anymore and just stopped working while still collecting their pay check.nnManagement, comment below if you want to hear how your employees are stealing from you.

Inconsiderate unresponsive staff. It would surprise me if anyone working here was over the age of 18. They closed the store at 9:30pm when they were scheduled to close at 11:00 p.m. While the need to close early is understandable, the employees not bothering to come out and clear the cars in the drive-thru is not. Customers waited for 20 to 30 minutes until it was apparent that they were not serving anymore. Staff refused to make eye contact or come to the window to give any explanation. Whoever manages this place needs to take a remedial course in hiring and teaching responsibility.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. I asked for no sour cream and it was loaded with it. Asked for sweet tea, got unsweetened. Asked for mild sauce, got hot and diablo. Not to mention rude cashier. Will never stop here again.
