I arrived at 7:35 pm and it states on the website that the subway is open until 8 pm. They said that they were closing 10 minutes early to clean. I said that it was 25 minutes until closing and I had just driven 20 minutes to get there as it said it would be open. They said that the people before me were their last customers. The woman who was a part of that group told the staff that it was the worst service she ever had at a subway. I proceeded to ask again and they reluctantly agreed to make me two subs. They were finished making my grinders by 7:45. I went to get drinks in another part of the store as they are located inside a Walmart and I heard the two subway workers talking about me. The man was mocking me and saying so what if I drive 45 minutes total.
Customer service is terrible. Lady behind the counter is rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Will not be ordering from this location again.
Lady who works smokes cigarettes and when I ate my sandwhich it tasted hints of cigarettes and it made me nauseaus. I threw up. Keep trying to call and tell them but no one will answer phone.
Very nice looking Subway. Clean and organized. I received good service and they could process text deals. They are not fully familiar with the Subway app.
I usually wouldn’t review a Subway but the two girls behind the counter today were absolutely lovely! Food was fresh and made to order.
