I'm new to Benson but I've been doing some major renovation and I have gone to Ace many times. Every time someone greets me and asks what I'm looking for, then they find it for me. What could easily take 30 minutes in other stores tends to have me in and out in under 5 minutes here. Great experience.

I love their inventory and they are helpful but they could use a little more smiles. A few of the older (owners). Seem flat when it comes to personality. Never rude just blah. Still love the store.
