Placed an order on line for 2 steak delux and one ham foot longs. The one steak was missing lettuce and pickles. One steak was missing cheese and extra mayo. The ham had oil and vinegar that was not ask for. None of them were on the chees Italian bread that was ordered. When I called after I got home and saw they were all wrong the manager said that bread is the same it just doesn't have the cheese. There is a phone number when you order on line that he could have called. He was very short and rude. Went by the next night for him to remake them but he would only remake one of them. Nobody was happy that night except for the Rottweiler and the neighbors dogs. The manager never even apologized. I wont be going back there. If I could rate less than one star I would

Typical subway. One guy was working and we were 4th in line. He got us all thru very quickly and was very polite. I enjoy subway very much

I give this place two thumbs up. This site is extremely clean and the staff is uber friendly and accommodating. They can make a mean salad, and know how to properly skinny out your bread. I will be back!!

I went to the Subway in Statesville in the Shell station across from Sheetz. No one was in there when I arrived. A lady finally came and started my order. I ordered a 6in italian herb and cheese BLT, a drink, a bag of chips, and a cookie. The total rang up to be $12.55,so I was overcharged. The lady didn't give me my receipt and I paid in cash. She didn't give me my cup so I had to get her attention to come back. She did and gave me my cup. Then I tried to ask for my receipt to find out why the price was so high but she wouldn't and continued to ignore me and walk away to the back room. Even though I was still standing there with other customers. I wish I could provide my receipt to show proof but she wouldn't give it to me. Therefore, I can't even put in a review online. The food was ok but some of it was stale due to it being around 6pm.

Very upset tonight 12/10/2020 my fiance used door dash at 9pm it shows your hours are till 10pm will the driver calls us to tell us they didn't have his cookies and then they told her they would make the sandwich or cancel the order she went outside to call us when she went back in they said they were closed this was all well before 10pm needles to say we won't come again SN: doordash did return his money for him and a $10 doordash credit to fix their problem
