I went to this location the day after Thanksgiving 2020. It was my first Waffle House experience ever and I'm glad I chose this location.nnAlthough it was early in the morning (barely 7 AM), there was a lot of people but thankfully we were able to find a table. We were soon greeted by a kind server who offered us menus and coffee to drink while our food came out. During our meal, she asked if we wanted refills and never let our mugs go below halfway. When we were done with our meal and she was ringing up our order, she asked us about how our holiday had been, which I thought was kind. The service was professional and fast.nnAlso, I liked how there were workers who were cleaning and maintaining some of the tables socially distanced from each other.nnAs for the food, I ordered an egg plate which included the hash browns. Wow ... these were some of the best hash browns I'd ever eaten in my entire life! Kudos to the cook who made them.nnOverall, I had a greatly positive experience and plan on going back again soon.

By far they have the best and most friendly customer service today! Even though I'm used of Vermont maple ud83cudf41 syrup they have very amazing waffles ud83euddc7 Maybe the greatest I've ever had‼ufe0f Their food ud83cudf73 ud83eudd53 ud83euddc0 is always fire ud83dudd25 No matter the time ud83dudd51 or what location I go to! The place was packed as usual (cause it's the best, duh) but each server took time to greet us as soon as we walked in the door. Our order was taken promptly and we received it quickly and correctly. The food was awesome as per usual, don't know about the other Waffle House inn town. Turnersburg Hwy/Hwy 21 is where it's at y'all!!!!!;)

I have managed in food service. For one a waitress needs to smile she needs to engage make sure you are being taken care of. The cook wearing gloves needs to change those gloves after he touches one different types of meat when he opens the fridge to grab the meat. Don't use the same gloves opening the fridge grabbing pork then grabbing beef then shutting the fridge and then grabbing the utensils and continue to cook all while never changing gloves once. You never ever use a cup especially the same cup you're giving a customer in the ice machine. The ice scooper was sitting right beside the machine. The tea was in a plastic open 3quart container. The waitress after putting the customer's cup in the ice machine then took her bare hand and used a small coffee cup dipped it into the open container of tea to fill his cup of ice. That cup she used to dip into the tea was not thrown away it was left inside the opened container of tea... When dishes are washed in a restaurant. You are to have a wash sink rinse sink in the middle then the third side is your sanitizing. Dishes are not suppose to be dried off by hand they are to air dry.. I won't be returning to that waffle house.. Honestly the health department needs to do a suprise inspection..
