Their Friendly
Came in with friends. Ordered food as usual. It, sadly, took over for them to make our food. Turns out they had a ton of call in orders. We were not told how long we had to wait or that how many orders were ahead of us. The place wasn't packed. It was just all the call in orders. We waited over an hour and decided to leave but was stopped and told to wait just a while longer. So we did. Food was delivered and was good.nnI went up to the bar to ask for ketchup. The lady told me that I should have said something to her when she was at the table for condiments. It was the older white lady who I think was the manager. I didn't say anything back from her rudeness as I understand how hard customer satisfaction jobs are. It did leave a sour tone in my head while eating and my friends were not pleased with how things went. Won't be going back there. I'm sure the place is fine actually. Just wrong timing for our group. Happy new year all.
They refuse to answer the phone even when not busy, I've been overcharged 2 out of 3 visits. No apologies, no hussle. No wonder they're always hiring.
Waffle house was good ,but no management on duty so they where running out of product that only the manager can get out of a locked cooler ?????
It's a great place, the employees are funny and very welcoming. Also, their food is amazing!
