Horrible service. Went in an hour before closing and they told us they wouldn’t make anything hot and had a bad attitude. And they won’t answer the phone either. I can’t believe they have such horrible customer service.nnWent in again today and same attitude from the blue haired girl. If you don’t like your job then find a new one. You pass that negativity on to others. I won’t be back and that’s a shame because they have a great steak and cheese sub. I sure do miss Jays staff, nice and polite.
I would recommend having more than one person working especially on payday weekends. I feel the lady working was getting overwhelmed with customers in store and trying to take orders over the phone. I'll definitely give it another try soon.
Great Food No Dault. Love There Chef Salads. But Definitely Sorry People Who Work There I Called 7 Times To Order A Salad And No Answer. So I Just Drive To The Store And To Find Out There Not Busy At All There Ignoring The Phones.
Horrible customer service. Including but not limited to answering the phone just to put it down without speaking and walk away so they don't have to take an order. Or taking 45 minutes for two standard subs in person when there is 1 person ahead of you already getting food made. I've tried repeatedly to make excuses to try them again but after many months of consistent bad service it just isn't worth it.
They cut the grill a hour and half before closing due to improper cleaning. Also they didn't have the basic meat to make my salad. Not to mention I was being rushed due to a rude customer before me and I didn't get to order my drink paid almost $14 for just a salad and side bun. Also I saw the bacon put to the side but I was given way too much bacon bits. I'll return after the #Quarantine when they can give proper service.
