If I could give it 0 I would, we had stopped coming here because they always always always close before scheduled for example saturdays we would come and they were not opened on time on several occasions so we got irritated wirh having to guess when they would be open because they are only there when they feel like it, we ended up taking our clothes to a dry cleaners in Fayettville and we came back because we thought they had fixed it and found ourselves with the same situation I am never coming here again I will pick up my clothes and never come here again because of their irresponsibility I got there at 4:55 and they are supposed to close at 5 and they were already closed and no-one even close to the business
i LOVE these cleaners. i have been bringing my stuff here since last year and i’ve never had a problem. even my husband who is picky about his military uniforms now is ok with me bringing his stuff here.
My suit jacket came back with the stitching literally ripped all the way around.
Arrived at 4:49 pm and the door said closed at 5...door was locked with a woman standing right at the desk watching me pull on it. Now I'll be paying for services elsewhere.
