I have a friend who works here but I needed something pressed and this is the cleaners of my choice. Very friendly staff and the prices aren't too expensive.
They do great work in cleaning your clothes
I had an encounter with the owner today about payment for a dress alteration that my partner picked up. Their machine was not working so he wrote down my credit card information. Once finding this out, I immediately had to call to have my card cancelled as that is not safe and is a huge security risk. I called the business back to explain and the owner was extremely rude, took offense that I cancelled my card and thought that I was shaming their integrity. I explained I would bring cash payment and the conversation progressively got worse. Not to mentioned I was initially quoted a price less than $20 and the final bill was $42. I will never go back to this facility and would not recommend them. The management needs to get a lesson in professionalism and manners.
