I was looking for someone to make custom alterations to one of my favorite shirts. Dropped off my dress for my wedding it was brand new i took it put of the package inspected and gave it to the lady working. She stated it was brand new and all they had to do was press it. I picked it up it had two black spots on it and was completly wrinkled. Made a complaint and the owner told me it was probably done by me and i had no proof they did it. Refused to fix it because they didnt have the tine to deal with it. Will never go back and now my dress is ruined for my wedding.
Excellent customer service! They know who we are before I ever get in the door. Our clothes are always promptly done and with excellence. If there is a question or problem with one of my garments they always bring it to my attention. Thank you for the GREAT service!
