Horrible experience with them.. I dropped my dress of and specifically told the guy I only needed the collar cleaned and whiter and not to dry clean the dress .. I go to pick up the dress he cleaned it and the dye from the bottom of the dress dyed the collar .. he made attempts to fix it and left marks all on the collar ... then he had the audacity to say I’ll charge you half .. I refused to pay and now I have a ruined New York and Company dress and nothing to wear to a funeral.. He was very rude to me and told me to file a complaint.
I brought clothes to be washed, heavy starch, next day service. My clothes were returned to me wet and still dirty. This service was poor and of poor quality especially for the price. I would never recommend this this business and to anyone nor would I return!
Their pickup tickets says they close at 6:30. The internet says they close at 6:00. The door says it closes at 5:30. so I don't get to take a couple articles of clothes on my trip because of the fact that they're closed.
Amazing service. Down comforter is like new again. Smells amazing and clean. Paid half of what a competitor in HP was asking.
Never a problem. They provided us with a bright yellow garment bag that has our information on it so we do not need to even wait for a ticket. Quick & easy... Don't count on same day service though.
