I used to thoroughly enjoy this Bojangles. I was ecstatic to get a meal today, but unfortunately I left extremely unsatisfied. I waited about 20 minutes, I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender combo with fries and a lemonade. The chicken and the fries were not good, the fries were extremely horrendous. The chicken tenders and fries tasted like 8 month old grease, and I could not finish it. I am extremely disappointed about my meal, and how terrible this Bojangles has gotten over only a few months.

I was not satisfied with my service tonight. When I was pulling through the driveway, I could tell the girl did not want to take my order. For one, this is your job and your number one job is to make the customers experience great, if you don’t like it, please quit. It shouldn’t matter the time the last customer comes. We have jobs too and this was my dinner for the night. Secondly, as if that wasn’t already rude, BOTH my orders were wrong. I was on my way to work so I was not able to check beforehand and once I checked, it was already too late. Both my fries weren’t seasoned, my grilled chicken club sandwich did not have cheese nor bacon. If I wanted that, I would’ve paid for the regular grilled chicken sandwich. My coworker has also had a similar experience about a girl having an attitude, I’m not sure if it’s the same girl or not, but something must be done.

Horrible location!!! Waited in line 45 mins. Got to the window the guy didn’t even speak just opened the window waiting for me to hand over my credit card. He was about to hand me a drink tray with four drinks. I told him I don’t think that’s my drinks I ordered two sweet teas and a pink lemonade. He looks down at it takes one out and hands it to me. When I got it in the car I could immediately tell two of the drinks were soda. I’m sitting there holding the drinks to give back to him but he’s disappeared. He finally comes back shoving my food out the window. I tell him hold on a second I have these two drinks that aren’t mine. He pushes my hands back saying we can’t take them back in the window. This causes the cups to crush and drop from my hands. I now have soda all over me and my car. Then creep didn’t want to give me the correct drinks. Finally the manager who is standing there just watching tells him fix her two sweet teas. Creep walks off! Another employee comes over and fixes the drinks for me. Get home missing two biscuits, no straws, no spoons, and no napkins. Will never go back to this location!!!

This place is terrible. 6 cars in front of me and still waiting for my food. 28 minutes and counting. They are great for McDonalds business next door. People pulling out of line going next door. Terrible management. I live 1/2 mile away and it’s always like this. Can’t go here during the week only on weekends. I don’t have 30 minutes before work
