Sandwiches are always good but I had to give 2 stars because the gentleman working the register was not wearing a mask and came from behind the counter to give customers their receipt. Also, a couple of employees came from the back not wearing a mask. You need to get your employees on board with the importance of wearing a mask.
Young dark-skinned employee had a bad attitude and was extremely impatient. I have been to this place several times and had always had a great experience, but it takes one time to be rude and disrespectful for me to decide that I will never spend my money there again.
Not all but MOST staff very unprofessional. I get it it's a sandwich shop and to keep my expectations low, but my God why must the customer tell the employee that bacon comes on the club and while I'm telling one staff member what I want on my sub the other one is asking at the register what's your order and is it cash or credit? And most of your customers want wear a mask! I CAN'T!! JIMMY JOHNS HERE I COME❤
Been to this location twice and the service is like none found at other Jersey Mike locations. Horrible attitude by employees like they are forced to be there. They act as if you being there is a burden . Just stay away till they finally find a job they are happy with
It was just okay they were a little short on help I order a big Kahuna with tomato I would have rather ordered something I could watch them make that sandwich was made in the back. I personally would like to see them make my sandwich like subway.
