Great place to walk/run in all seasons. Do the double loop for double work and enjoy the natural scenery. Convenient location and ample parking. Great weekday evening walkabout.

Excellent place for a walk. It is gravel so wear the right shoes and check the weather. Super nice and well maintained.

Shaffner Park is a gem of a find in this urban expanse! A lovely double loop trail with a bridge across the creek make this an excellent place to walk. There are health fitness stations for pull-ups, push-ups, chin-ups and everything in between. It’s a splendid nature park!nnI would have easily given it 5 stars for the trail itself, but there is a distinct and strong sewage odor in a couple of places along the creek. Polluting our natural resources is avoidable and unnecessary.
