I have been to other Autobell locations and have been satisfied with them but this particular location was not satisfactory. They were extremely busy and were hurrying through each car so it was expected that details would be overlooked. I paid for their most expensive service and was disappointed with the results. They did not put freshener in the car, did not clean the open cup holder in the front console and the inside of the windshield had filmy streaks. I assume they used the wrong rag/towel to do the window. I will not be visiting this location in the future.nnUPDATE: 3/18/2021nI was contacted by the Manager (Brad) at this location. After discussing the issues I had we came to a satisfactory resolution. I was impressed with Brad's professionalism and willingness to listen to my concerns. I give 5 Star rating to Brad and this business/location and I look forward to doing business with them in the future! Thanks again for your quick responses!

Excellent, they follow safety protocols to keep the client and associate (Covid) safe and did an amazing job on my car in and out. Very happy customer. Definitely will be back and get the full service again

Great place to go get your car detailed they do an excellent job they have waiting areas that's safe for social distancing marvelous atmosphere.

Very nice staff. But horrible job. My car was still dirty on the inside. I even upgraded my wash service. Very disappointed after spending $28. I could have done a better job at home for free.

I went in yesterday to get my car detailed inside and out. Nothing except the front dash was wiped down. My seats were not vacuumed and as soon as I opened my door I could see all of the dirt on the carpet on the floor and between the seats. It looked as though the floor mats were vacuumed but not removed from the vehicle and my rims were half way wiped down. I tried to call to speak to someone about the matter however, I called for two days and stayed on hold for 30 minutes each time with no answer.
