Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I used this company when I had a blocked drain. The plumber came out (during the day), was professional, kind, and thorough. The plumber did not have a camera on the truck and said the clog was about 75 feet from my house and it was most likely the city’s issue at that point. I called the city to find out that it was clogged near the street and they took care of it in 5 minutes. Roto Rooter still charged me $388 for this job. They told me that it would be $75 less if I used their services. This seems exorbitantly high to me and I disputed the charge. The man who deals with these disputes was most hateful and unprofessional out of everyone I spoke to regarding this matter. I will not be using this company again. Call the city first...always...then I hope you find a reputable company who does not take advantage of single mothers.

Kudos to these great guys!!!nI am so pleased with the quality of work and the Professionalism and kindness I experienced with the job that was done at my house yesterday and today by 2 of your guys.nOriginally yesterday AM I called ROTO ROOTER and requested help with a clogged main Sewer line ..Nathan came out in about 4 hours and I explained the situation.nHe immediately started working in order to find out the issue and used the camera thank goodness to find the area of problem which also answered a lot of other questions about where the outside sewer pipe actually went. And he repaired the issue..nI was so pleased with his work yesterday that I asked him if his company and HE would replace the sewer line outside that was old cast into new line of PVC .. I also told him that I would like it done as soon as possible after he explained to me that he did that type of work frequently.nI knew that if Nathan did that repair he would be the one I would ask to have do the work under all circumstances.nSo it was scheduled for today....nNathan and Chris came out early this morning after he called the 811 number yesterday having the lines marked by the city properly outside for water and gas etc.nSo Today, Nathan came accompanied by another ROTO Rooter employee, Chris. Super guys from beginning to end!!!nThey worked all day outside and in the basement doing a fabulous job.nThey even moved some of my landscaping out of the way and put it back Perfectly at the end of the day along with straw and grass seed.nYou really can't tell anything happened in my yard !!!!! Looks GREAT!nAnd That is AMAZING with the huge ditch digger machine and hand digging they had to do.nIt is a big burden off of my mind not to have to worry about old cast pipes, leaks, rust, water leaks and horrible messes and I have been worried about it for quite a while until now.nI just Absolutely found their work to be impeccable and at the same time they were such remarkably nice professional human beings..nI felt great being in their hands for this repair and can't imagine anyone else who could have done a better job.
