Simple, modest, rich, excellent
Loved it. Lots of historical old building foundations with what they were used for. Good trails to walk on.
This place is AMAZING. We loved every single moment of it. What a great piece of history.
I spent a weekend with like minded 18th century living historian's. Think Rev War and Georgian era. The guided tour given by staff at the center was top notch and explained some of the founding of Salem and the Why did the Moravian church buy the County!?!.nOur weekend was a private sanctioned event and we tried to be accurate. (No we didn't dig trenches) but observed masks and social distancing also requiring All disposable eating equipment. But it didn't detract from the overall experience of learning details, of life, clothing, stations in life, certain manners (and Lack of) and skills one could take away to reexamine.
This is such a beautiful park. Every season has something to offer.
