We had to go here for a field trip in my summer camp. The stuff there is very interesting, and the scavenger hunt we did was fun. The problem was, the last time I went here, they had spicy chocolate. PUT THE SPICY CHOCOLATE BACK ON THE TABLE PLEASE
With ever changing displays, you get a chance to learn about people and cultures across the world and through time. There are events for all ages, from activities for children to talks by archeologists and researchers. I love that my family and I learn something new with each visit.
It's a small museum, but very well curated and organized. We have been there a few times and always thoroughly enjoyed the exhibits.
I always learn something new each time I go to the MOA. They renovated their permanent displays in 2018, and the place looks great. WFU could have better signage on Wake Forest Road, however--the MOA is not easy to find.
Interesting and aesthetically displayed artifacts. Special exhibitions from time to time.
