The service was decent but our dinner came out basically room temperature. It wasn't cold but it wasn't really warm definitely not hot. This was my first and only experience at the Winston location and it's been a while since I've been to a PF changs, but from this recent experience I won't be going back.nMy local restaurant is much better, more authentic and a lot cheaper.nThey say you get what you pay for but not in this case. Extremely disappointed.

High-end Asian fine food chain restaurant, the kind of place with low lighting ambiance that's a good place to bring a first date or to hang out on your anniversary. You can show up in jeans and a t-shirt or dress up and you would be equally comfortable there! The food can be a little bit pricey, plan for between 20-25 a person with a non-alcoholic drink and you'll probably be on target. Their alcoholic drinks are well prepared, and the desserts tend to be very tasty and balanced with flavor - not so much sweet for the sake of sweet the way that some chain restaurants do it. Favorites of ours include the Mongolian beef, the chicken lettuce wraps, and recently I've become enamored of the Ma Pao Tofu too.

First time trying P.F. Chang's. First of all the service at the store was wonderful. I ordered online and picked up to take home. When we got home we have more than enough food for 2 people and for ordered the family meal for 2. The food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend.

We placed a pick up order today and requested a 5:30 pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, the hostess staff curtly said, “The pickup orders are over there- you can go find your own!”.nI noticed on the tickets and on the stickers on the prepared food, that the order had actually been prepared 45 minutes before my requested pickup time! I asked the hostess staff if the order had been sitting there for 45 minutes. Their response was, “Well, they prepare them as soon as they receive the orders.” I responded with “I had requested a 5:30 pickup time.” They asked if I wanted to see a manager and I said yes. When the manager arrived, I was “introduced” to him with only a finger point. No one asked for my name! I told the manager I was concerned that my order appeared to have been prepared 45 minutes before my requested pickup time. His response was to blame the company I used to place the pickup order.nPF Chang’s has inferior, less than satisfactory customer service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! It will be a long time before my trust is restored in them and I will feel comfortable in returning, if I ever do return!
