I ordered a sub today online to be able to pick up quickly. I first tried the drive through so I didn’t have to get out of my car but the two people infront of were not moving after 20 minutes. I then went straight inside to the cash register. The lady working there took the customer’s money next to me and ignored me standing there then just walked away! Very very rude! I then left the register and went to the bin to look and no subs were there either. The line was really long and I shouldn’t have to stand in it after online ordering so I left and called to get a refund but no one will pick up. They also have not set up their phone mailbox because I guess they don’t want to hear all the complaints they get! Very poor sorry service and I will never go here again! I guess I am out of my money and out of time to get anything else for lunch. They need to hire better staff that knows what they are doing. I have picked up from other sunways and never had any issue. I will never be back.

Today at this particular subway I received the best customer service in over a year. I was pleasantly surprised to see and use the touch screen order board in the drive thru, and then when I reached the window I received a very pleasant and welcoming hello and good by. Even in-between the young lady was present in the moment.

the lady making the sandwiches was taking her dear old sweet time. we were almost late to our game. restaurant was very dirty.

I wouldn’t come back here anymore, between the three people working during today’s 12pm shift none could help me fix the sandwich made thru the drive thru, no condiments were put inside of it. Asked me for my receipt but since they had me there waiting before acknowledging me I just decided to leave because the store was also getting very busy and wasn’t gonna go through the waste of time of waiting

Definitely not fresh bread. The sandwich maker should have realized that when he/she cut it. This is the driest bread I have ever had. The top top of it is completely crumbling. The rest of the sandwich is good at the very least. Maybe hire a few more people while you’re at it because a 15 minute drive thru wait at 2:30 pm is a bit extra.
