Just had the worst customer experience ever. Went through drive-thru and ordered a basic chicken supreme combo kids meal with a pink lemonade. The cashier said that the order total was $4.27. When I got to the drive-thru window I gave the girl $5.30. Meaning, that she owed me $1.03. She threw the change into the drawer and put in the register $5 I couldn't change the total to add the $0.30. She came back to the window when I tried to give her the change back she said that they said that they can't change it because you've already been totaled out. I was confused on why I couldn't have my change back when I paid with cash. Then other employees came around and made a mockery of the situation and even insinuate it it says $5 on the receipt who can't count. Apparently the cashier cannot count because she didn't even put my change on the receipt it says I gave her $5 when I gave her $5.30 a manager had to come over straight in the whole situation out and the food was still cold, it didn't have barbecue sauce, it didn't have a fork in a napkin, and the food was disgusting. Corporate will be receiving a phone call in the morning. That was outrageous. At least the manager was nice.

The lady that was talking to us when we was ready to order did not give us a receipt. When we was knocking on the window and honking the lady didn't go to the window and didn't want to. Obviously this is the reason why I give this place a 1 star. We left mad as hell.

Customer service could have been MUCH better. Slightly understaffed, immature and very impatient with order. Dine-In option is still unavailable for some reason.
