The staff are the nicest around and follow covid safety procedures. The food unfortunately is just not too good. Ordered some of the steak and cheese and the steak is like trying to chew dried leather. Lol. I can't even eat it and I'm so hungry. Now my lunch break is nearly over and no time to get anymore food. Maybe something else is better. Their cookies are pretty good, just all of the meat is the lowest possible and cheapest quality.

This place is like my dining room in the past 3 years. People here are so nice and friendly. They can even remember what I ordered yesterday and I can say nothing but buy a sub I want. Love this place

of the 4 employees here, zero are wearing masks properly (under chin/under nose). Normally not a big deal at all, but given the current climate and that this particular subway is in a hospital....nnUpdate: they must have talked to the employees, because they are now wearing masks properly.

This is the location that I visit the most. I am an employee and absolutely love having them three minutes from my office. Well oiled machine comes to mind when describing the location. The store is always clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. They have the rare ability to talk and have fun behind the counter, and never miss a beat. Don't let the line scare you! Even when it's to the door, the wait isn't bad at all. Give them a visit if you're in the area!
