Rudest staff I’ve ever experienced, they got my order wrong and when I corrected the part they messed up at the window they canceled the rest of my order and just gave me the item I asked them to correct. When I pointed it out to them the girl got rude and told me I should have said that. I think it’s self explanatory when I say that I ordered a 12 piece not a 4 piece the rest of the order stays. Jakhia needs to at best be retrained completely but ideally she should be fired for her poor attitude and customer service, a one star review is only because there isn’t a lower option.

Worst Bojangles I have ever visited. Went through the drive through. Was given someone else's order. Returned it inside. They could not seem to understand that apparently my order was given to someone else, so they needed to recreate it. I could not get them to confirm that they had an order in the queue for me. I left aftrr nearly half an hour, no food, no refund. I love Bojangles, but not this one.

I can tell by the color of the golden chicken that this restaurant cleans & replenishes is fryer oil every night. Excellent food & the sides are just as made from scratch good.nud83eudd43ud83dude0eud83dudeac

My biscuit was hard no where edible. My fries where hard and old but my chicken was fine.
