Washers have signs posted on dividers stating $1.00 and $2.00 cold water washes. These are the 20 and 30 lb machines. Load your clothes in washers and guess what, only specific washers are dedicated to these prices. Washers are not listed, so it's a guessing game. While I was on the phone with administration, trying to figure out which washers are the actual ones to be used, a lady lost her whole fare on a machine, #18, that was not working. That machine not labeled either. This is my second and last visit. Each visit resulted in over payment and clothes that had odors from using the machines. 6 gain dryer sheets in each dryer wasn't enough to cover smell. 3 loads of clothes resulting in over $20 of fares. Save yourself the trouble and go to the laundromat on Shattalon and Murray Rd. Older, but much better. No bait and switch gimmicks, no funky odors coming home with you.

I got to this laundry mat often and today my boyfriend and I went in around 11 pm . We went to dry and fold our clothes and for some reason there was bleach all over the tables in the drying area. You can tell nobody had come to sweep , take out trash or wipe down anything. (Not very COVID friendly) overall disgusted .

Fantastic washer/dryers. Appear fairy new and sturdy. Offers 20lb, 30lb,60lb and 90 lb washers. Spin cycle on the machines cuts drying time drastically. Can use credit card or app on several of the machines. Don't have to buy all the quarters. Game machines and tvs for entertainment while you wait..

Great/ clean place to wash clothes. The only downfall is they have no restrooms. If I'm spending my money, at least have restrooms to use!!

This laundry facility could be much better. There is never any staff available and some of their washers does not dispense water properly. There is no public restroom which is ridiculous for an establishment where folks would spend at least 1.5 hrs there with or without children. I called about 2 washing machines no having enough water to wash my clothes properly and nobody ever returned my call. That was over a month ago.
