Savannah is one of the most component, knowledgeable,and kindest teamleaders I have ever had the pleasure to know. I had to go out of town at the last minute and came back to an unimaginable pet disaster. She and her team of Josiah and Bryce went way above and beyond. Savannah even brought my dog a treat and fed it to him...I mean...tears of joy. I am so grateful

If you are looking to repair your home and want GOOD QUALITY work, Servepro of Winston Salem North is the place to call! The staff was amazing in more ways than one! Everyone was friendly and the staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The workers did an outstanding job on repairing my home AND they got it done quickly! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for him repairs!!

Highly impressed by Serve Pro North, particularly the professionalism and integrity of the manager, Zach. Zach was highly responsive to our immediate need for help with basement flooding, and was extremely transparent and honest. He did not try to oversell any services and provided us with a comprehensive list of only the most necessary work that needed to be done. His estimate was highly competitive to other smaller contractors and was a pleasure to work with. Very impressed!

My AC guy came out to fix our air conditioner. Noticed the crawl space under the house was flooded. I called Servpro and they told me when to expect someone out there. Clayton showed up on time and was very professional. Clayton looked at each and every aspect of the problem I had. He explained everything in detail and recommend further options to get issues resolved.nI am very satisfied with the service from Clayton. I would highly recommend Servpro to others.nTwo thumbs up!
