Do not use this cleaner. I picked up a sweater and realized when I got it home that there was a huge hole in it. When I returned to ask the owner to repair it, he said it had a hole when I dropped it off. His comment came after the young lady at the counter stating that she remembered me and that they wouldn’t have dry cleaned it if it had a hole when I dropped it off. Obviously, the owner is not concerned with customer service as I have been using this place for more than a year. Will not return!

Awful service. They staple the tags to your clothing. They care nothing about customer service. They lost a pair of pants from my $600 suite and then they replied that they didn't care if we left they would not make any efforts to compensate for their mistake or even apologize. They were very rude to my wife. We have given them about $1000 in a span of a year. I was patient with them that long, but losing the pants and then blaming it on my wife draws the line. Its all i could do not to walk in there and pull that manager outside. He will get his and so will this business for not dealing justly with people. They are awful! Customer BEWARE!!!!

Not recommended. They were unable to get the spot out of my fiancé's suit. I assumed it was the spot, not the cleaner. Next they were unable to remove the spot from my dress. I took it to another cleaner and they removed it. Also when I was picking up my dress another woman was in the shop complaining that they got ink on her garments. Today I was going to wear a different dress that I picked up from the cleaner last week. I took it out of the plastic bag and discovered the belt that goes with the dress is missing. I will contact them tomorrow to see if they can locate it (and will update my review if so). Not feeling hopeful though. Saving a few dollars on cleaning is so not worth it when garments returned unclean, missing pieces, or ruined. Go elsewhere.

This is the worst excuse for any business I have ever seen. The girl behind the counter had headphones on and doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in. When I got my clothes back nothing was pressed around the collars and it look like the clothes have been lying on the floor. When I took them back to have them redone, nothing was redone. They were in the same condition if not worse than the first time. Do not waste your time on this dry cleaner. The worst in town and I have tried several. Horrible!

I have been going here for about a year now after I switched from another cleaner. I typically say you get what you pay for, but compared to my last cleaner that was over twice the price I would call it a good value. Girls working the front are nice, not overly nice but nice. Owner stayed late one evening and took my clothes and chatted me up, nice guy. Check your receipt and know what you brought, I had one instance where I was shorted eleven shirts, they only brought my pants out, I quickly pointed it out and they found them. I find most errors at places like this is because people dont pay attention. So far no burnt buttons, no lost garmets.
