I brought a $350 organic spun wool filled comforter to be dry cleaned. It was totally ruined by washing and drying, not to mention it reeking of fabric softener now. It is no longer King-sized, and what was a nice fluffy fill is now hard and lumpy and can no longer be used. I am so angry.
We've used Dry Clean Central for years and now we have switched to WoshBox. Even though I'm home more due to Covid, I am busier than ever and I don't want to spend my weekends and evenings doing laundry. I started using the pick up and delivery service and I never have to worry about my clothes sitting in the dryer getting wrinkles. The membership is BRILLIANT! I spoke to the owner and he is so willing to explain the process and how easy and affordable it is. If i could give 10 stars I would.
