First time customer. Had to send back linen items due to deep wrinkles not smoothed out. Then v neck blouse seam ironed up so seam shows and the neck line does not lay flat. Also, they put non-removable stickers directly on the clothing. High end pricing does not reflect high end quality. I will not return.

I brought in three items...paid $17.85 to have my clothing professionally soiled..one item bore two smudges it didn't come in with. When I called to air my grievance I was treated with a hint of disdain and was regarded with subpar interest .I let the owner lure me from their next door competitors.
