I have always loved what a great job they do with out clothes here, and how considerate and accommodating they can be. But all I can say for this last experience is WOW! I gave them my wedding dress- covered with mud and twigs, and they restored it to looking brand new. I can’t believe what an amazing job they did! Thank you guys!
So Disappointing.. I have been a faithful customer for over 13 yrs, and lately the customer service and quality has drastically changed for the worst.. From rude greetings by drop off staff, rolling of eyes from employees to receiving stiff shirts with stains all over them which management was quick to inform me were “starch spots” that they seemed unimpressed by. Who can wear a burnt orange dress shirt with white stains all over the chest and sleeves? Will not be returning.
I wish I could leave more than 1 review for Brian and his team. They go above and beyond to give the best results and customer service. Not only have we always bought our dry cleaning to them and gotten it all back looking better than new, but recently I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned. I honestly did not think it would be possible to get it back to white. We had been taking photos standing in the mud, and the entire 6 ft train of my dress was covered in twigs and mud. Its looks better than new now and you would never be able to tell it was worn. I love this place and the wonderful service they provide. Thanks again guys!
