Cloverdale Ace Hardware

Clean store. Larger than I expected. The employees were very helpful, and my wife and I were stopped on three separate occasions to ask if we need anything. Well stocked, maybe not for everyone, but gets to most the basic needs.

I visited the Cloverdale Ace Hardware to send packages (convenient USPS located inside!) and pickup some last minute Christmas items. Pleased to see that all employees were wearing masks! But 2/4 customers were being helped by employees and not wearing masks. I would really like to shop small, but we are 9 months into this pandemic and the fact that employees seemed to make no effort to enforce the state mask mandate is extremely frustrating.

This hardware store made me very happy. I found hooks for picture trim here, which made me super happy. They have a lot of hard to find pieces at fantastic prices. If you're looking for hard to find stuff, try here before going to amazon. The staff is super friendly and there is a lot of great stuff

Drove all the way out to this location only to find the breaker switch I was told they had in stock was cracked and broken. When I asked if they had anymore I was told whatever they had in stock was on the shelves. Instead of offering to order the part for me or tell me another location I might be able to pick it up from, she just said sorry and have a great day

Great location and selection. Ace is a bit more expensive but they make life easy so, it's fine. Some of the staff is wonderful, some of the staff members I could really live without.
