They didn't fix the issue the first time so I had to come back again and didn't fix it the second time either. They're supposed to come out yesterday morning never came out yesterday call today and no response.

I've used A&L for backflow preventer testing for ~10 years, plus fixing a leaking shower pipe and replacement of a pressure reducing value under house. Every experience I've had has been very positive, professional and good value. It's hard to know who to trust in this industry and I'm glad I found them and am very confident in their skills, honesty and integrity. I would call them again in a second with any new issues.

I wanted them to do a time sensitive job and they have been dodging it for almost 4 days and state they are coming each day but do not show up. I will not be calling them again
