Tim came out and did an amazing job cleaning out our sewer line. He took his time and made sure it was all cleared out. Then Matthew used the camera to make sure the job was done well and also to see if there was any other issue. Not the cheapest in town but DEFINITELY the best quality for the money. Thank you Tim and Matthew... very pleased.
Personally I recommend you shop around before you call Roto-Rooter. Let them be your last resort.nnJust to install a faucet in my bathroom was $325. $345 for the labor alone. How I ended up paying $325 was because I had a $75 discount using a web coupon. When I call the office they tell me some jobs are charged, by the hour for labor and some jobs are coded for the labor. Personally, I think they charged the jobs that has less amount of time are coded in order to charge more. I find it strange for him to replace a faucet the labor alone was $345, when prior to that, I had parts replaced in the wall and the guy was here at least an hour and a half and the whole service was $220 including labor.nnAll I would say about this is never again.
Tim helped us out break through many clogs today. He was extremely personable and friendly. He spent a long time working at the problem, not giving up. He was great company and obviously the best at what he does. If you have any drain issues use Roto-rooters and ask for Tim one of the most wonderful technicians I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His Name is Tim and his ID is 341. Please I cannot hesitate enough to ask for this gentleman's help. He will persevere with any clog and make sure the job gets done! 110% satisfaction guaranteed!
From calling in for service and speaking with Annette to Tim coming out and fixing our issues, the service was wonderful. Both employees were extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue. When Tim arrived, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and worked quickly. I would recommend this company to all simply based on Tim and the work he did!
