Brown Brothers got my business because I asked for an unusual installation of a replacement of an old cast iron radiator- to a sleek new one that attaches to the wall. There were some tricky bits to that- and they were grand about checking it out in advance, making the appointment, and their employees were so courteous and efficient. I’m a bit sad that they used a plumbers wrench on the new radiator without any kind of bumper, so a bit of paint was scraped off. It’s not terribly noticeable- and they were so good otherwise. I can’t speak to the pricing yet as I haven’t seen the bill, but I will use them again if they price as discussed prior. They were terrific.
Brown Brothers provides great service . Everyone in the office is helpful. The men coming to do the work are very professional and knowledgeable!! They are on time , nice , and explain what Is going on in terms I can understand. I am a single female and have had several bad experiences with different companies. I’m so glad I found a Compamy I can trust and makes sure the job is done right .
We have had the Brown Brothers do repair work for us often and they do good work and are very personable. We appreciate them. This time they came to reset our furnace thermostat as i cannot understand how to do it and have a hard time seeing it. Please thank him again for us.

Brown Brothers diligently responded to my requests for estimates as I proceeded on behalf of my client. I do think that the repairs that were estimated will be performed by client ultimately.I believe they will do a wonderful job for my client.
Brown Brothers did excellent work. We were new customers and they worked us in because it was an urgent situation. All the staff were professional, competent, and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable especially considering the time and difficulty of the job.Ten out of ten stars! BTW, I accidentally selected put in a faucet. It was strictly a major plumbing problem.
