What distinguishes the Wash House in Lakewood from the others is the manager Yolanda- she is exceptional! She kept the space spotlessly clean and even came out to my vehicle to let me know my load was completed. Her engaging personality and warm spirit made what is normally an arduous task delightful.nShe needs a raise and a promotion! Thanks again Yolanda you made a huge impression!

This place is wonderful! An easy 5 stars. Before I was even out of my car the lovely woman working put a laundry basket in front of my car for me. She helped me put money on and retrieve my laundry card as well. I even made a couple of friends my first time here! I think it’s great that they take card and have options for extra large washers. Definitely my new neighborhood spot.

I think that this establishment is failing to enforce that its customers wear masks. I went in today to wash my large comforter and at least half of the people there weren't wearing or were improperly wearing (chin diaper, only covering mouth with nose exposed) a mask. It clearly states at the door that masks are required, but if you don't enforce the rule it is a steamy room full of potential transmission. We are in dire times, and Governor Cooper just today again issued a warning that we need to be taking this serious in EVERY business. Please advise your staff to ask customers to wear masks or not to enter. I only come here maybe a few times a year, but it has left me feeling fearful for people in the community who have to patronize this place and other laundromats in the area.

Yolanda is awesome. She's very helpful and always friendly to her customers. I only do my laundry on days that she works.

Ms. Yolanda is wonderful she’s always so helpful and keep the building so clean and neat. This is one of the more cleaner laundromats in the area and she makes sure the washers and dryers are always clean and sanitized.
