Pretty Clean Laundromat, Not crowded at all, Staff is Helpful and Friendly, When Machines are not working they put signs up.
My mom and I are regulars. Yesterday my mom had her mask in her purse and forgot to put it on and the lady who was working started insulting my mom for not wearing her mask and saying other disrespectful things. (There were a least 3 other people who didn’t have there mask on) My mom did put it on immediately and apologize but she kept giving us dirty looks and when we told her the dryers stop and no one was coming to take their clothes she ignored us. I bought a bottle of bleach and she slammed it on the table. She made me feel not welcome. She was also refusing services like the bathroom to this other couple who were washing and threatening to call the police when she was confronted. We really loved coming here but her behavior was unexpected I don’t want to go back.
Always clean never crowded good dryers
Nice place to wash clothes but every time I went more and more washers were down.
I used 10 dollars to wash and the washers did not spin the cloths properly. I paid extra for hot wash and there was no hot water. There was no sign on the washer saying it was out of order or anything. I told the attendent. She got an attitude and would not provide me with the owner information or a contact number! Please don't waste your money, wash somewhere else!
