I've been using this cleaner for over a year and have never had any issues. A button was missing so they fixed it. Just wish they had faster turn around and p/u. The people are very nice.
I took 7 items to be cleaned and it was like they forgot to send them to be cleaned and just put them on hangers like I wouldn't notice that they were still dirty. I let that go and chalked it up to the day. This time they clearly inappropriately cleaned my mother's jacket and tried to return a completely different color than the accompanying dress because obviously she's color blind and dumb. We're still waiting for the management to call to address the situation and it's been 2 weeks of nothing. Ridiculous!!!!!
I wanted to give this a zero star but I couldn't so I gave it a one. I took in my daughters dress to get dry cleaned. The dress was red stain material on top and beige see through flare bottom. When I picked it up the red color bled through the bottom flare skirt and had a it had a huge rip on the back. The dress was not like that when I took it in. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner since he is the only one who can decide if he will give me my full refund of $18 back and fix the dress. I have not heard a word nor has he returned any of my calls. Its now been a week. I will report his business to the better business bureau. DON'T TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO SNOW WHITE CLEANERS ON HILLSBOROUGH RD!
