Very friendly and helpfully. They got stains out of my curtains that I did not think would be possible. They looked better then I could have imagined when i got them back. Very Happy!

I took my comforter to be cleaned . I was told it would be ready 5 days later after 3p. I thought that was kind of long. Once I got my comforter back it was still damp. Cleaned but damp. For the price I felt it should have been a available sooner, and definitely not still damp.

We dropped off dry cleaning and the staff were friendly and helpful. The final product was nicely cleaned shirts and blouses for a good price (w/ a 30% off coupon).

I walked up to the door a few before 7p on Saturday and it was locked. I thought maybe the hours were different than listed on the door, because I seen a young lady and gentleman out front in the breezeway with a phone recording as if they were doing a music video. I sat there thinking maybe the attendant stepped away and will be back in a few.. At 7:15p a man come knocking at the door trying to get his laundry out the dryer that's when a lady emerged from the back and unlocked the door. I went in and mentioned to her I have been outside waiting and just needed to wash my comforter, not dry it or anything. Only thing she could say was no mas, pointing to the sign on the door Which apparently was right but she decided to make changes to the hours to fit her Apparently she locked up and was ready to go home, she was taking the trash out and mopping the floor by 7:17p. I always come here and even take my dry cleaning next door but not after today. I will be visiting another location and business. If she wanted to leave earlier that's all she had to say but not lock the door on customer and hide in the back, the man have to convinced her to open up to get his laundry. This has never happened before even with covid, bad for business

I definitely had to come up here and give my mans Seth down at the Regency cleaners on 9th ... a super positive review.nnThis man assisted me in my time of need. Running late from work I had a super important event the following morning and I absolutely need all my clothes out the cleanersnnI called up to the store before they closed to explain my situation and how I would arrive no more then 5 minutes late. And Seth gave me no hassle and allowed me my 5 minute grace periodnnSo I honored that. Truly arrived at 6:05 and got everything I need.
