It’s like a Home Depot with only 3 customers but you wait in line for 20 minutes. Doesn’t make any sense Had 6 employees but they were all walking around in circles. But when I did get some help it was one on one and he help me get the right tool for the job so I’ll give them 5 stars. Pretty hard to get less than 5 from this guys

The staff is the extremely incompetent. You can depend on it. I dread dealing with this store. Evey time I have come in they cannot locate a damn thing. I've called and made purchases for pick up, they cant find the order in the computer. I've ordered up front, they cant find it in the back. I go outside to my truck and it's on a pallet right next to me. You ask them to pull an order they cannot find it in the store.
I dont understand why this is so hard to figure out. Extremely frustrating and a time waster. Corporate please come in and train for efficiency!! These guys have lost their minds!
