My wife and I had an fantastic experience here today. Our sales representative, Brendan, was extremely knowledgeable in all the appliances we were looking at. The showrooms were amazing with just about every known product on display. This is the only place I would recommend anyone that is building a new home to go to see and hear it all. I would give this place and our representative 10 stars if I could!

my fiance john & i used mountain land design for sourcing all plumbing fixtures, hardware, & appliances in building our park city home this past year. we absolutely loved working with nick barnes in selecting appropriate fixtures & materials for our modern minimalist home design & build. nick has a terrific eye, & made the entire process from selection to delivery/installation, efficient, streamlined, & enjoyable. mountain land design’s selection is solid, & nick further helped us choose appropriate smart home compatible hardware. we both so appreciate nick‘s extensive industry experience, background in design, & warm personality. we had a similarly enjoyable experience working with lori margetts to select all appliances. she helped us source the best wolf, sub zero, asko, & electrolux appliances for our needs.

Amazingly smooth delivery by Nick and Semisi! Thanks to Tiffany for providing them with details, they prepared our appliance for the challenging entry in advance and went above and beyond with care. On time and professional too!

Worse customer service at Salt Lake location. Waited more than 30 minutes for assistance, asked receptionist for a customer rep. Another 30 minutes waiting, no one showed up.

Spent a small fortune here on high end appliances. Thermador stove after 9 months has had multiple problems and we have been without for 6 weeks waiting for warranty. Microwave has started on fire 4 times. Been waiting for a new one under warranty for 2 months. Troy was great in selling us new products but poor in following through with claims. How did we spend over 40k and have 2 faulty units? Why can’t we get set appointments for service instead of the run around. Save your money and buy elsewhere where service is a priority as is customer service. Selling is easy, servicing requires a greater commitment, which apparently Mountain Land does not have.
