If it was possible to give this place a 0, I would.nFor you and your car's safety, I would not drop your car off here. They literally handed off my keys to a THIEF and had my car STOLEN. They didn't verify this guy's identity or anything. This wasn't even realized until I was trying to pick my car up. The worst part is I have heard NOTHING from the employee that gave my car away, or the owner. Not an apology, not anything about the payment I had already made upfront. Absolultely nothing. I am all for supporting local businesses but this place and their lack of compassion or customer service disgusts me. Its one thing to make a mistake like this, but another to not even apologize or try to own up to the mistake.
Treats their customers as family and very attentive to what you need done. Excellent service!
I have a husky so my car is always covered in dog hair. The folks at Bull City Car Wash were incredibly friendly. They also did a fantastic job cleaning my car - I’d definitely recommend this place.
This location near Duke University has been through a few iterations but hires locals and has taken steps to conserve water. Payment has been updated for the newer technologies and a loyalty program is in place for a free wash after a certain number of visits. Social distancing in place in the waiting room. Prices remain competitive with a menu of options. Tip box outside.
Ok I always have to get the boys to vacuum better and clean cup holders,and wipe missing spots,but the bathroom is awesome and clean.The Owner is very nice.He has some good guys
