Great experience all around! This was my first time going through a HVAC issue in my home and it was a solid experience throughout. Started from an initial conversation with Ronnie who handled my every question like a champ thus leading to me setting up an appointment. Sarah was the service tech who came to the house, very respectful and knowledgeable, was able to find and diagnose the issue I had with my unit, turned out to be a busted coil. Explained to me that my system was obsolete and it would be in the best interest of the house and health of my family to install an all new hvac system. Placed the order and met Clayton and Dillon some short time later who came in and installed an all new hvac system in my home. Everyone from beginning to end was very professional and well educated! Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Nothing but lies and unanswered phone calls. My mother-in-law called to have her AC fixed when it quit during the heat wave this summer. Instead of sending out someone to diagnose and repair the unit a parts changer showed up. After telling her the compressor was burnt up he changed it out, no AC. Then he changed another expensive part. It ran a week and burned another compressor up. He changed the compressor again and said she needed another expensive part. I stopped the madness at that point and called someone else. the new company sent out a very knowledgeable repair man and he told me it looked like a 4 year old had soldered the compressor in. He was actually as mad as I was that DWRG had charged an 80 year old widow on a budget $2200 dollars so far and she still had no AC. She can not afford this and does not deserve to be treated this way. Also the parts changer released the refrigerant into the air instead of reclaiming it as he is supposed to. I have had one conversation with the man in charge and demanded he give her money back to her. He told me he would look into it and since that phone call I have not heard from him and he will not answer the phone when I call. I HAVE MY OWN BUISNESS AND IF I SCREW UP I FIX IT UNLIKE THE COWARD THAT STOLE MONEY FROM MY MOTHER-IN-LAW. Next step is calling the Better Business Bureau which they are probably not a member of but I will definitely try! Hopefully this may help someone else before they get RIPPED OFF!!!

I'm 60 years old suffer with two cancers. Doug Williams and RickGilbert worked tirelessly til late night to make sure I had Air to breathe and was comfortable. God Bless you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

Great service! Quick service and the technicians are knowledgeable and take the time to explain whatever is needed. Some services are a little pricey.
