My cousin called Nixon plumbing on Oct.10th to fix a problem at our family cabin about 40 minutes from Edenton. It is now November 1st and Mr. Nixon is still saying he’s coming “sometime this week”. I’m sure he’ll find a way to blame it on covid. Anyway, I found a local plumber who’s coming out Monday morning to take care of the situation. Unless you’ve got ties to the Chowan County good ole boy network, you’ll be waiting awhile on Nixon’s for service. Look around, there are other local contractors that are actually hungry for work.
