Joe was super awesome. Came out, identified our problems quickly. We made the decision to go ahead and replace our hot water heater and he offered to do it immediately without having to reschedule. It was completed quickly and professionally with no stress. I will definitely call this company again with any future plumbing issues!

This was around a year or so ago and just never got around to leaving a review. I called about our water heater going out and stated I wanted to go to a tankless unit. He gave me a few options over the phone, came up with a game plan and scheduled the appointment. His guys showed up, tore the entire old system out and left us with an awesome new system. Even told us that the parts supplier ordered the wrong unit (A much bigger, nicer, and more expensive unit) but the quote he told me would be honored. I got a unit worth a few hundred dollars more and he didn't try to change the price and screw me last minute. Will definitely do business again.

Replace our bladder tank with new pressure switch,new shut off valve and pipe very good work have great water pressure took off old parts and cleaned up very satisfied sorry meant to hit 5 stars

The guys do absolutely amazing work! They were prompt and didn't stop until the job was completed! They redid my whole plumbing in a timely manner! The pricing was honest and fair! They even found little minor issues that they took care of and didn't charge me for it! It's great to see honest people in these days and times and also to see someone who loves and takes pride in their work! Thank you so much! I highly recommend these guys for anyone who is having plumbing issues!

Mclaughlin Plumbing Inc. Is the real deal! These guys are amazing, reliable, dependable, courteous & super funny! All joking aside...these guys know what they are doing, very skilled & knowledgable in their profession. They came to my home to check/advise/winter proof & do some repairs. The guys checked over everything & explained everything to me so I could understand what was wrong & what was being done to correct the issues. They made all repairs & they charge very reasonably. This is my 2nd time using this company & they have me as a customer for life! Thank you Joe & Shane for all you did & for tolerating my fur babies! I hope you enjoyed the cold Pepsi’s! See you when I need you again. I most definitely recommend McLaughlin Plumbing Inc for all your plumbing needs. They are the best at what they do! Give them a call.
